Premier Oil LLC - Terms and Conditions for Delivery

Welcome to Premier Oil LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order for heating oil, using our website, or providing your personal information, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Data Collection & Use

    We collect customer information such as name, address, phone number, email, and payment details for the purpose of fulfilling orders, processing payments, and providing customer support. We do not sell or rent your data.

  2. Data Sharing and Security

    Your information may be shared only with trusted third parties (e.g., payment processors, delivery personnel) as necessary to complete your order. While we implement reasonable safeguards, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of data.

  3. Delivery Policy

    Delivery schedules are subject to weather, road conditions, and operational capacity. While we strive to meet requested delivery dates, delays may occur. Premier Oil LLC is not liable for damages caused by late delivery, running out of oil, or heating system issues.

  4. Customer Responsibility

    Customers must ensure:

    • A safe and accessible path to the tank or fill pipe (free of snow, ice, or obstacles).
    • Tank equipment is in safe working condition and able to accept the order quantity.
    • Sufficient funds are available at the time of delivery.

    Failure to meet these conditions may result in refusal of delivery and/or additional fees.

  5. Pricing & Payment

    Prices are valid only for the confirmed order and delivery date. Full payment is required at or before delivery unless otherwise agreed. If a tank cannot accept the minimum order, a fee (up to $10) may be applied.

  6. Order Cancellation

    Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled delivery by contacting us directly. Late cancellations or missed deliveries may result in a service charge.

  7. Liability & Indemnification

    Premier Oil LLC is not responsible for any property damage, system malfunction, or fuel spill caused by faulty or poorly maintained customer equipment. Customers agree to hold Premier Oil harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from use of our services.

  8. Fraud & Misuse

    Fraudulent orders or misuse of our services may result in cancellation, refusal of future deliveries, and legal action.

  9. Customer Rights
